Lucknow: In its continuous efforts to nip crime in the bud, cops in Lucknow arrested 3 accused who used to steal batteries of battery rickshaws.
The police was getting information about battery thefts every day. The police was searching for this gang for the last several days.
The arrested accused were identified as Brajesh Gupta, Deepu Kashyap and Monu Singh. The gang leader Brajesh Gupta has several cases registered against him in the past.
The police arrested the accused and recovered 4 stolen batteries and the e-rickshaw involved in the incident. The Thakurganj police team arrested the accused under the leadership of SHO Thakurganj Srikant Rai.
