Lucknow: The final result of the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination has been officially released. DGP of the Police Recruitment Board, Rajeev Krishna, stated that the results were declared in a transparent and fair manner under the direction of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
According to the results, a total of 12,937 candidates from the general category have successfully cleared the exam. For the 16,264 reserved positions for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 32,052 candidates have been selected.
In the Scheduled Caste (SC) category, 14,026 candidates have been selected against 12,650 reserved positions, while in the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category, 1,229 candidates have successfully cleared the exam against 1,204 reserved positions.
Additionally, a total of 12,048 female candidates have also been selected in this recruitment process.
The examination witnessed massive participation, with 48,17,441 candidates applying for the recruitment process.
DGP Rajeev Krishna extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all the successful candidates.
