Lucknow — FICCI FLO Lucknow, under the leadership of Chairperson Vandita Agarwal, marked an important milestone with the launch of a Skilling Unit at Navrasa Foods, in collaboration with Neera, aimed at empowering women through sustainable food entrepreneurship.
The initiative focuses on creating skill-based livelihood opportunities, particularly for women from rural and underserved communities. The newly inaugurated kitchen and training unit will serve as a platform where women can acquire practical skills in food processing, quality standards, and entrepreneurship, enabling them to build independent and sustainable livelihoods.
Guests at the launch were given an insight into Navrasa Foods’ work and philosophy, experiencing its range of signature pickles, snacks, and probiotic drinks, along with the warm hospitality that reflects the enterprise’s community-driven approach.

The skilling unit represents a significant step forward in FLO Lucknow’s ongoing commitment to self-reliance and women-led entrepreneurship, reinforcing the belief that access to skills leads to dignity, opportunity, and long-term impact.
FICCI FLO Lucknow expressed gratitude to all partners and attendees who came together to celebrate the launch, describing it as an inspiring move towards strengthening women’s economic empowerment through sustainable and locally rooted initiatives.
