Tehran – Tensions in the Middle East have escalated following a series of U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran, with the country reportedly targeting American military bases across the Gulf, including in Israel, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, and Qatar. Recent reports suggest that Iran may now be planning a direct strike on the U.S., with California named as a potential target.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reportedly alerted California law enforcement of the threat, warning that Iran could use drones to attack the U.S. West Coast. According to Firstpost, the alert advised the U.S. government to prepare for potential retaliatory action if hostilities continue.
ABC News cited the February alert, indicating that Iranian forces may attempt a sudden UAV strike from an unidentified vessel off the American coastline. California authorities are reportedly on high alert in response.

Earlier, Iran issued warnings directly to former U.S. President Donald Trump. Top Iranian security official Ali Larijani posted on social media, stating that Iran would not be intimidated by “hollow threats” and cautioned of potential repercussions.
Meanwhile, Iranian President Masoud Pajeshekian outlined three conditions to end the conflict: recognition of Iran’s rights, reparations for the war, and international guarantees against future attacks. He emphasized that only through these measures can the ongoing conflict, initiated by the U.S. and Israel, be resolved.
