Lucknow: Preparations were done in full swing for the historic Veerangana Uda Devi Pasi Balidan Diwas event that took place in Sarojininagar. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh unveiled the grand statue of Veerangana Uda Devi Pasi at Pasi Chauraha in Vrindavan Yojana Sector-19.
To ensure the programme is conducted smoothly and with grandeur, Sarojininagar MLA Dr. Rajeshwar Singh carried out a detailed inspection of the venue. Accompanied by MLC Ramchandra Pradhan, Dr. Singh reviewed security arrangements, traffic management, cleanliness, stage setup, and other essential facilities. He also issued necessary directives to officials on-site to maintain seamless coordination during the event.
BJP leaders including Pushkar Shukla, BJP Metropolitan General Secretary; Shankari Singh, Manoj Rawat, Lavkush Rawat, Laxmi Prasad Rawat, Nageshwar Dwivedi, and several other party members were present during the inspection.
The event aims to honour the unmatched courage and sacrifice of Veerangana Uda Devi Pasi, and authorities are working diligently to ensure its success.
