Varanasi — The Bharat Vikas Parishad ‘Satyam’, under the leadership of President Sachin Agarwal, hosted a grand Dhanvantari Medical Award Ceremony at Hotel Diamond, Bhelupura. The event, organised under the banner of Kashi Prant Uttar Madhya Kshetra II, celebrated the selfless contribution of doctors and institutions in the field of healthcare and community service.
The chief guest, Padma Shri Professor Kamalakar Tripathi, delivered an inspiring keynote address, stating, “Doctors not only treat ailments but also instill hope and faith in society.”
In his presidential speech, Sachin Agarwal remarked, “Doctors serve humanity like divine messengers. Through this initiative, we aim to honour those in the medical profession who serve selflessly, setting examples for the younger generation to draw inspiration from their dedication and service.”

In addition to medical professionals, Mrs. Mridula Maloo was honoured for her outstanding contribution in the Chartered Accountancy field.
In the category of social service, Santosh Kumar Agarwal, President of Agrasen Sewa Sansthan, along with Hindu Seva Sadan Hospital and Sankalp Sanstha, were awarded the Seva Gaurav Samman.
The program was skillfully conducted by Deepak Mali and coordinated by Utkarsh Shukla. The event saw enthusiastic participation from Bharat Vikas Parishad members, including Finance Secretary Pradeep Jaiswal, Secretary Shalini Barnwal, Women’s Participation Coordinator Kanta Maloo, and numerous other dignitaries and citizens.
The ceremony concluded with heartfelt gratitude extended to all attending doctors and guests, followed by a rendition of the national anthem and refreshments for all.
