Lucknow— To ensure the effective, transparent, and time-bound implementation of the Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Rolls across assembly constituencies, District Magistrate and District Election Officer Vishakh G conducted a surprise inspection today in various areas of Assembly Constituency 172 – Lucknow North. The inspection focused on assessing the collection and feeding of enumeration forms submitted by voters.
During the visit, the District Election Officer inspected polling booths numbered 132 to 142 at Lions Raza Pati School, Triveni Nagar, Aliganj, followed by booths 147 to 152 at Brightland Inter College. He reviewed the progress of electoral work and issued necessary instructions to the Booth Level Officers (BLOs).
He further examined the ongoing process of collection and digital entry of enumeration forms. BLOs informed him that voters are actively returning duly filled enumeration forms, and the submission process is currently underway.

The District Election Officer instructed BLOs to promptly address any doubts or queries faced by voters while filling out their forms. He also directed the ERO to ensure that Supply Inspectors, ADO Panchayat officials, and fair-price shopkeepers work jointly with BLOs in the field to expedite the collection of forms.
Authorities have urged all voters to complete and submit their enumeration forms to their respective BLOs at the earliest to ensure accurate and updated electoral rolls ahead of the upcoming revision.
