District-Level Aadhaar Monitoring Committee Meeting Concludes in Bareilly

Bareilly: The District-Level Aadhaar Monitoring Committee convened at the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Avinash Singh.

During the meeting, the District Magistrate expressed concern over the rising complaints regarding Aadhaar seeding at post offices and instructed officials to take immediate corrective measures. He emphasized continuous monitoring to ensure improvement in seeding percentages across the district.

Officials noted that while many citizens still stand in long queues to obtain Aadhaar cards, the number of applicants at Aadhaar centers remains low. In response, the District Magistrate directed all concerned authorities to increase the number of beneficiaries served at the centers.

Furthermore, he instructed that all personnel receive refresher training to ensure smooth operations and efficient handling of Aadhaar-related processes. Officials were also advised to promote Aadhaar centers extensively to minimize inconvenience for the public.

The meeting was attended by Chief Development Officer Devyani, Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Purnima Singh, District Economics & Statistics Officer Ajaya Chaudhary, along with other senior officials.
