Avinash Pande urges workers to gear up, Ajay Rai says “people look at Congress with hope”
Jhansi: In a bid to prepare for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, the Congress Party organized a zonal review meeting and workshop in Jhansi, under the ongoing ‘Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan’ (Organization Creation Campaign). The event, held at Rajput Resort, witnessed key party leaders motivating grassroots workers and reviewing the party’s organizational structure in 13 districts of the Jhansi zone.
Presiding over the event, All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary and UP in-charge Avinash Pande issued a clarion call to party workers: “Start working now for 2027. Strengthening the booth is our top priority—people are looking at us with renewed hope.”
He was joined by UP Congress President Ajay Rai, who led the opening with a pledge-taking ceremony and emphasized the importance of bringing hard-working individuals to the forefront of the party’s rebuilding effort. “We must rebuild from the ground up. The BJP’s lies have frustrated the people, and they want change. The booth will decide our success,” Rai said.

As the party continues its series of reviews and workshops across different zones, the message is clear—Congress is preparing early, and it is preparing seriously.
