Provide an environment of morality to children at home and school
Lucknow: The ‘Annual Function’ organized by City Montessori School, RDSO Campus, was held with great splendour and in an atmosphere filled with joy and enthusiasm at the CMS Kanpur Road Auditorium. The Chief Guest, Padum Narayan Dwivedi, State Information Commissioner, UP, inaugurated the ceremony by lighting the lamp. Addressing the large gathering of parents on this occasion, the Chief Guest, Dwivedi, appealed to parents and teachers to provide an environment of morality and spirituality to children at home and in school, thereby paving the way for the establishment of an ideal world society. Shri Dwivedi described CMS’s efforts in providing purposeful education to children as a model in the field of education.
Earlier, CMS Founder-Director Dr. Bharti Gandhi warmly welcomed the Chief Guest and other distinguished guests. She said that CMS is constantly making efforts through education to ensure that every child follows the teachings of God and internalizes the principle that serving humanity is the true service to God. Dr. Gandhi highly praised the multifaceted talents of CMS students.
In this grand function, students of CMS RDSO Campus presented such an impressive array of educational and cultural programmes that parents were overwhelmed with joy seeing their children’s artistic talents and encouraged them with loud applause. The ceremony began with the School Prayer and All-Religion Prayer presented by the students, which filled everyone’s hearts with divine love. This was followed by the World Unity Prayer, in which students, holding the national flags of various countries, raised the powerful slogan “Let there be peace throughout the world.” On this occasion, students mesmerized the audience with excellent presentations of Yoga, Songs, Group singing, Fold dance of various states, Choreography ‘Ramayan – The Epic Reborn’ and various other educational and cultural programmes. The impressive presentation of the World Parliament was also widely appreciated.

Principal of CMS RDSO Campus, Jyotsna Atul, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the parents and said that the function was highly successful due to their support. She added that the school continually strives to uphold the trust with which parents send their children to CMS.
