Lucknow: In a program organized at Laxman Mela Ground in Lucknow on the auspicious occasion of Chhath Puja, CM Yogi attacked Congress and National Conference strongly over Section 370 and 35A. On the proposal to restore Section 370 and 35A passed in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly, CM Yogi said that Congress and those with them want to throw the country and the valley into the fire of terrorism again. The development of Jammu and Kashmir and the bright future of the children there is not being seen from them.
The country will never accept their disruptive policies. 140 crore Indians are in favor of the unity and integrity of the country in every situation and are ready to give a befitting reply to anyone who tampers with it. CM Yogi said that if Congress does not oppose this proposal, then it will also face the same fate as Section 370 and 35A.
CM Yogi was addressing the program organized by All India Bhojpuri Samaj at Laxman Mela Ground in Lucknow on Chhath festival. In his address, CM Yogi praised the glory of Chhath festival and emphasized the need to maintain the unity and integrity of the country.
When we are divided by caste, religion, others rule over us- CM Yogi-
CM Yogi said that on one hand, while we are connecting with these festivals and connecting people, there are some people who are living in India and playing with the existence of India. No Indian should tolerate such people. When we are divided by caste, religion, others of the world rule over us, but when we 140 crore people speak together, no one will be able to look at India.
PM Modi put the last nail in the coffin of terrorism: Chief Minister-
CM Yogi said that on 5 August 2019, PM Modi put the last nail in the coffin of terrorism from the valley by ending Section 370 and 35A from Kashmir. This was approved by the Parliament and this special section of Jammu and Kashmir was abolished from the Constitution. Then the world realized the power of India, the world saw that this is a new India, it will not harm anyone, but if someone teases it, it will not spare them. We are ready to sacrifice everything to protect the existence and identity of our nation. Whatever steps are required for the integrity and unity of India, India will not hesitate to take those steps.
Congress had made the valley a stronghold of terrorism: CM Yogi-
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attacked the Congress and said that despite Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s objection, Congress had tried to make Kashmir a stronghold of terrorism by adding Section 370. There was violence in Kashmir, Kashmiri Pandits were killed, whoever spoke in favor of India was massacred. Then the Congress had said that this is a temporary provision, but no one could remove it, but PM Modi did the work of removing this section. Today Kashmir is on a new path of development. Today there are many institutions from primary education to higher education, hospitals, many types of industries are set up here. In Kashmir, from where lakhs of people were forced to migrate, PM Modi today guaranteed security and abolished Article 370.
Congress and National Conference want to bring back terrorism in Kashmir- Yogi-
CM Yogi said that today when Kashmir is on a new path of development, the Congress and the National Conference government of Jammu and Kashmir passed a resolution in the assembly to restore Article 370 and 35A. This shows the disruptive mentality of Congress and National Conference. This shows that by playing with national unity, they want to throw the country into the fire of terrorism again. The whole country is watching this disruptive act of Congress. Congress should refrain from playing with the unity of the country, we all condemn it. CM Yogi said that Article 370 has been abolished, it cannot be implemented again now. It is the root of massacre in the valley, the root of terrorism, the root of violence and the reason for the massacre of lakhs of innocent people. This is a stream soaked with the blood of Kashmiri Pandits. It transformed the fragrance of Kashmir and heaven on earth into religious frenzy and destroyed social harmony. This Article 370 and 35A had become a warehouse of terrorism in Kashmir.
Congress’s condition will be like Article 370 and 35A: CM Yogi-
CM Yogi said that we want to tell Congress and National Conference that the kind of audacity your government is doing in Kashmir once again smells of disintegration and the country will never accept it. 140 crore Indians are in favor of the unity and integrity of the country in every situation and are ready to give a befitting reply to anyone who tampers with it. CM Yogi said that on the occasion of Chhath festival, I will ask Congress to speak against this resolution passed in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly, otherwise the condition of Congress will be the same as that of Article 370 and 35A in Kashmir.
Chief Minister Yogi congratulated Chhath in Bhojpuri-
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, speaking in Bhojpuri, wished all the devotees a happy Chhath festival and expressed respect to mothers and sisters for keeping the difficult fast. He said that Indian culture has a unique place in the world, and Bhojpuri society has created a distinct identity in it. Describing Chhath as an all-India festival, Yogi said that it is strengthening the heritage of Indian culture in the country and the world. He said that festivals like Chhath give us an opportunity to be proud of our cultural heritage.
CM Yogi said that this festival is an occasion to worship the Sun God and in our culture, the Sun is considered a symbol of life. Life in this animate and inanimate world cannot be imagined without the Sun. Through Chhath Mahaparva, we express our gratitude to the Sun God and give the message of connecting the sanctity of this festival with patriotism.
On this occasion, many dignitaries including Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Legislative Council member Govind Narayan Shukla, Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh and National President of Bhojpuri Samaj Prabhunath Rai were present.
