CM Yogi Listens to Public Grievances During Janta Darshan at Gorakhnath Temple

Gorakhpur – Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met nearly 200 citizens during the Janta Darshan held at Gorakhnath Temple on Friday morning. Personally engaging with the people seated outside the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan, the Chief Minister patiently heard their grievances one by one, accepted their petitions, and issued on-the-spot directions to concerned officials for swift redressal.

Addressing a wide range of issues—ranging from land disputes and police inaction to administrative delays—CM Yogi emphasized the importance of timely, fair, and satisfactory resolution of public complaints. He firmly instructed officials to respond to people’s problems with sensitivity and urgency, stating that “the government is committed to ensuring effective action on every issue.”

In particular, the Chief Minister took serious note of complaints related to land encroachments and criminal intimidation. He directed the police and district administration to take strict action against criminals and land mafias, asserting, “No one will be spared if they are found illegally occupying land or harassing the poor. Such elements must face the harshest legal consequences.”

The atmosphere turned heartwarming when a group of young children learning martial arts met the Chief Minister and greeted him with a cheerful “Happy Birthday Maharaj Ji”—a day after his birthday. The children offered him roses, to which CM Yogi responded with a warm smile, blessings, and packets of chocolates.

This weekly Janta Darshan at Gorakhnath Temple continues to serve as a bridge between the government and the people, showcasing CM Yogi’s hands-on approach to governance and grievance redressal.
