Lucknow: The Shri Ramlila and Dussehra Committee, Sector F, LDA Colony, Kanpur Road will usher in the Ramlila and Navratri festivities in style. At Lucknow Shri Ramlila and Dussehra committee, Sector F, LDA Colony, Kanpur Road, the event will be organized with much fanfare. This year the 38th Vishal Dussehra and Ramlila Mela is being organized with massive participation to usher in the festivities. People are expected to come in large numbers. Ramlila in Lucknow has fast become a much gala affair with several people of all age brackets turning up to be part of the event. The staging of the Ramlila will go on from September 23 to October 1, 2025. On October 2, the Dussehra Mela will open with much gaiety. The event will also witness Shobha Yatra, fireworks and the event will close with the much sought after Ravana Dahan.
The event will also witness several culturally rich activities which will involve children to enhance their knowledge and also involve them in fun filled activities. Several stalls at the venue will open a window of fun, games and food. In a bid to enhance security arrangements, a solid CCTV network will monitor all public movements.
In a day and age when youngsters are losing track of their culture, on October 2, 2025 at 11 am a quiz will be organized to make people aware about the intricacies of the Ramcharit Manas and the ideals of Lord Rama. The chief Guest of the event will be Sarojini Nagar MLA, Rajeshwar Singh.
