Lucknow: In a swift breakthrough, the Uttar Pradesh Police has solved the sensational murder case of Ritesh Singh in the Chinhat area, arresting three accused involved in the crime.
Providing details, Deputy Commissioner of Police Shashank Singh said the accused—Anas Khan, Ashu, and Priyanshu—were taken into custody following a focused investigation. The murder, which took place on March 24, was the result of personal enmity.
According to police, the accused lured Ritesh Singh to a vacant plot on the pretext of a meeting, where they slit his throat and murdered him. After committing the crime, they dumped the body and fled the scene.
Acting on crucial leads, a team led by Inspector Dinesh Chand Mishra tracked down and arrested the suspects. The weapon used in the murder has also been recovered.

Police officials stated that the case was cracked through coordinated efforts and swift action, ensuring that the culprits were brought to justice within a short span of time.
Further legal proceedings are underway, and authorities have reiterated their commitment to maintaining law and order in the city.
