Bareilly: Suresh Babu from Bareilly has achieved success in the UPPCS 2024 examination, securing selection for the post of Naib Tehsildar. His accomplishment has been widely praised as a testament to perseverance and the impact of government-supported coaching initiatives.
Speaking on the achievement, Aseem Arun, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Social Welfare Department, highlighted that Suresh Babu’s success was made possible through free coaching and the Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana. He emphasized that the department aims to ensure that no talented youth is deprived of opportunities due to financial constraints.
Arun noted that despite economic and social challenges, candidates associated with the Social Welfare Department’s coaching programs have demonstrated exceptional performance. He stated that proper guidance, study material, and expert mentorship have enabled aspirants like Suresh Babu to achieve their goals.
The minister further informed that free residential coaching is being conducted at Bhagirathi Bhawan in Gomti Nagar, along with multiple pre-examination training centers across the state under the Abhyudaya scheme. These initiatives provide facilities such as free hostel accommodation, meals, libraries, and regular classes, particularly benefiting students from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes.

According to Joint Director Anand Kumar Singh, candidates also receive answer-writing practice, model tests, and continuous academic support from subject experts. The Abhyudaya Yojana currently operates through over 160 centers across 75 districts, offering free preparation for competitive exams like UPSC, UPPSC, JEE, NEET, NDA, and CDS.
Suresh Babu’s achievement stands as an inspiring example of how structured support and determination can help aspirants overcome barriers and succeed in competitive examinations.
