BAFTA Artists Participate in Discussion on “Japan Visit and Bihari Artist” in Munger

Munger (Bihar): A discussion on the topic “Japan Visit and Bihari Artist” was organized at Rajveer House, Shadipur, Munger. The event saw the participation of several artists from BAFTA (Bihar Film and Television Artists Association).

The main attraction of the program was actor Hero Rajan Kumar, also known as Charlie Chaplin II, who is set to travel to Japan on September 11. He will give a live performance at Tokyo University of Social Welfare on September 20, where he will present the culture of Bihar, especially Munger, on a global stage.

It is hoped that Kumar’s trip will further strengthen the artistic and cultural ties between India and Japan. Upon his return from Japan, a grand welcome and procession will be organized in his honor in Munger.

The discussion was presided over by Iqbal Ahmed, who stated, “Munger is an excellent location for film production, and the presence of Hero Rajan Kumar here will increase the possibilities for filmmaking in the future.”

Balwant Sharma, the program’s secretary, welcomed Rajan Kumar, calling him “Munger’s rising star.”

It is worth noting that actor Hero Rajan Kumar has been performing live shows as Charlie Chaplin II for the past 25 years. He holds records in both the Guinness Book of World Records and the Limca Book of World Records. He recently completed his 5,351st live show in Bhagalpur.

On this occasion, he was honored with a traditional garment brought from Bodh Gaya by Nirmal Jain, while Dr. Uday Shankar called him a “necessity for Munger.”

Artists Kalpashwini, Dimple Verma, Srishti Bharati, Intezar, and Abhay Kumar Pal also shared their views and discussed Japan’s development model. All the BAFTA artists called Hero Rajan Kumar’s art trip to Japan a matter of pride for Munger and extended their best wishes.
