Jaipur: In the famous Pushkar fair of the country, buying and selling of animals among the tourists coming from the country and abroad is also one of the main events of the fair.
The most attractive thing in this are horses of different species, for which many big buyers reach Pushkar. Many horse breeders also prepare horses due to their hobby and passion, among them there are many who bring their horses to the Pushkar fair only for exhibition.
One such horse brought to the fair for exhibition is Badal, seeing which everyone is eager to buy it. This horse of horse breeder Rahul Jetwal of Kekri has become the center of attraction for the visitors who have come to Pushkar, especially other horse breeders.
Four-year-old Badal has come to the Pushkar fair for the second time. The specialty of this horse of Nukra breed and Abor line is that its height is 66 inches plus and its color is completely white. Horse owner Rahul told that he had bought this horse from Punjab.
They have brought it to the fair not to sell it but to display it. It is said that this horse is very beautiful and its foals are also beautiful. A 15-day-old foal of this horse is sold for 3 to 5 lakh rupees. It is noteworthy that this time too many animals of attractive stature are participating in the Pushkar fair from many states including Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana.
Till Monday, the arrival of 700 horses has been recorded in the fair and the process of their arrival is still continuing.
