Showcasing Student Empowerment and Academic Excellence at ‘Meri Delhi Utsav’
Lucknow: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow, was honored with the first prize at the three-day Vibrant India-2025 & PSEs Expo during the ‘Meri Delhi Utsav’ for its outstanding initiatives in student empowerment and academic progress. The festival was held in New Delhi from October 11 to 13, 2025.
Under the guidance of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Rajkumar Mittal, BBAU presented a compelling showcase of its diverse academic, educational, and research accomplishments using both pictorial and digital mediums.
The university’s stall offered visitors detailed insights into its achievements, educational programs, research projects, innovative initiatives, and student welfare activities. An expert team was also on hand to address queries from prospective visitors about the university.
Participation in the Meri Delhi Utsav enabled BBAU to highlight not only its rich academic heritage but also its commitment to education, research, and social development. The event proved to be a powerful platform to demonstrate the university’s progressive vision and to inspire innovation among youth.
The team representing BBAU was led by Prof. U. V. Kiran, with active participation from Dr. Leena Sharad Shimpi, Dr. Shivshankar Yadav, and Mr. Amit Mishra.
