Ayodhya: As the sacred festival of Ram Navami approaches, Ayodhya is glowing with devotion and festivity. Every year, millions of devotees visit the city for darshan, but this year promises a uniquely enhanced experience. Key religious sites across the city have been beautifully illuminated, creating a divine and captivating atmosphere.
Global lighting leader Signify has lit up eight significant religious and historic sites in Ayodhya. This initiative not only enhances the experience for devotees but also elevates the city’s spiritual and cultural identity, particularly in the evenings when the illuminated sites exude a majestic charm.
Under this project, prominent locations including Nageshwar Nath Temple, Dashrath Samadhi, Bharat Mandir in Nandigram, Hanuman-Bharat Milap Mandir, Vandijalpa Devi Mandir, and Ram Gulaila Mandir have been beautifully illuminated. The lighting highlights their historical and religious significance, making them even more impressive for visitors.
Nikhil Gupta, Head of Strategy and Marketing, Greater India at Signify, stated, “We have used lighting as a medium to amplify the divinity of these sites and provide devotees with a unique and immersive experience.”

Krishna Kumar Singh, Chief Development Officer of Ayodhya, added, “The ‘Jagmag Ayodhya’ initiative is redefining the city’s identity and enhancing the experience for pilgrims.”
This Ram Navami, Ayodhya is ready to offer devotees a magical blend of devotion, light, and spirituality, making the celebrations truly unforgettable.
