Luknow : The Municipal Corporation will now issue the license with its route as well as annual fees for e rikshaws and autos. On violation of the rules, the municipal corporation can also make auction by seizing the economy on these vehicles. There was no rule so far for the operation of e-rickshaw and without any stopping torque they are running on the highway to the main routes. Tempo-taxi’s permit then issued by the transport department, but no rules were made to walk on the roads. Now in the municipal border, e-rickshaws, tampo taxis, e-carts and e-loads must follow the rules for running the vehicle.
Similarly, Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation (Construction, Maintenance and Operation of Parking Location) Rules 2025 has also been approved. In addition, beer, alcohol shops as well as the license fee of nursing home and dental clinics have been increased. These rules will apply in the operation of vehicles :
– Private e-ricksha ride will be five seater (may driver) and private e-ricksha weight vehicle will have eight hundred rupees annual license.
– E-ricksha ride and load vehicle driver license fee of Rs 200.
– E-ricksha ride five seater (for ricksha owner rental operations) one thousand rupees.
-License will continue only when Tampo, taxi, e-rickshaw ride and weight vehicles, e-cartus will be in the current condition, their size will also be of accepted size and format from governance.
– A vehicle will be allowed to drive only on the routes marked by the city corporation, the vehicle runs on the banned routes, along with the economy, action will be taken to seize it.
– Drivers have to also provide driver certificate of the vehicle issued from the Department of Department of Department of Department of Department of Parliament.
– A fine of five hundred will be imposed on violation of regulations, if violation continues the economy will be imposed according to Rs 50 per day.
– When driving the vehicle without municipal permission, the economy will be imposed twice a day, along with seizing it.
-Fifteen days later, the city commissioner will give information to the vehicle owner auction to the Tempo-taxi, e-rickshaw, e-carts.
– Tempo-taxi for smooth traffic on the massive routes and intersections, stagnation sites for e-rickshaw, e-carts will be created.
These parking rates now pay by two hours, which will be already expensive. So far 10 and four wheel for four hours had a twenty-wheel fee. Now the fee of two wheelers will be made for Rs 15 for two hours, Rs 7 for one hour, Rs 57 for 24 hours, monthly pass will be made for Rs 855. Similarly, two-hour fee of four wheeler vehicle will be made thirty rupees, one-hour fifteen rupees, 24-hour 120 rupees monthly pass in 18 hundred. Parking lined in twelve meters and more wide roads and lanes can be allowed. Night-wheeler parking can be allowed in the parking of four wheeler vehicles at public streets and places. Commercial parking at private sites will also be able to operate with the permission of the municipal corporation.
Underground parking sites will be constructed in parks in this way, with 95 percent of the surface remaining green areas in portion. In alternative places, place for flyover, place for fairs, proper parking in public, commercial and institutional buildings will have to be arranged for public places.
