Asian Cricket Council (ACC) President Mohsin Naqvi confirmed via his official ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) account that the continental tournament will be held from September 9 to 28 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). According to a report by Cricbuzz, traditional rivals India and Pakistan will be placed in the same group, potentially setting the stage for three high-stakes encounters — one in the group stage, another in the Super Four, and possibly a final showdown if both teams advance.
