– Enforcement Zone-2 team took action due to the absence of an approved map
Lucknow: Under the directives of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar, an ongoing campaign against illegal constructions in the city led to the sealing of an unauthorized marriage lawn in Kanpur Road Scheme on Wednesday.
Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-2, Atul Krishna Singh, stated that Preeti Tiwari and others had illegally constructed Shehnai Marriage Lawn over approximately 850 square meters on Plot Numbers 1559 and 1560 in Sector-K, Kanpur Road Scheme, Ashiyana. The construction was carried out without obtaining approval for the building map from the authority. Consequently, a legal case was filed against the unauthorized construction, leading to a court order for its sealing.
Following the court’s directive, the marriage lawn was sealed under the supervision of Assistant Engineer Ram Sagar Verma, along with Junior Engineers Bharat Pandey and Vivek Kumar Patel. The operation was executed with the support of LDA enforcement personnel and the local police force.
