Lucknow: Police in the Madiyanv police station area of Lucknow have busted a notorious gang involved in committing house burglaries at gunpoint, arresting four accused in the operation. The police have recovered four firearms and stolen property worth over ₹12 lakh from their possession.
The action was carried out under the leadership of Madiyanv Inspector Shivanand Mishra. According to police officials, the arrested accused were actively involved in armed thefts not only in the Madiyanv area but also in several other localities, executing crimes in a well-planned and professional manner.

The crime team of Madiyanv police station played a crucial role in the arrest operation. The team included Sub-Inspector Nitin Taliyan, Akhilesh Singh, Shubham Tiwari, and Constable Aslam Khan. Police stated that cases have been registered against the accused under relevant sections of law, and further legal proceedings are underway.

Police officials said that the arrest of this gang has dealt a major blow to an active criminal network in the area and is expected to significantly improve law and order and public safety in the region.
