The annual function Abhyudaya was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Composite School Abhaipur on Saturday, showcasing students’ academic excellence and cultural talent. The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest Amit Kumar Singh, Basic Education Officer, along with Special Guest Chandrabhushan Pandey, Block Education Officer, who jointly cut the ceremonial ribbon.
During the programme, the BEO inspected various student exhibitions, appreciating innovative models such as an earthquake indicator alarm, the solar system, and demonstrations explaining solar and lunar eclipses. The exhibits reflected scientific curiosity and creativity among students.
Cultural performances added vibrancy to the celebration. Poetry recitations drew applause from the audience, with notable performances by Khushi Pandey, Piyush Shukla, Tanya Tiwari, and Himanshu. Other students, including Khushi Mishra, Sonakshi, Priya Shukla, Srishti, and Ritika Tiwari, also impressed with their recitals. A soulful presentation from the Lavkush Kanda by Shivangi, Anu, Suryansh, and Vineet captivated the gathering.


On the occasion, Sakshi Shukla was honoured as Student of the Year. Piyush Shukla was recognised for representing the block in the district-level Math Olympiad, while Priya Shukla secured second place in the district-level Science Olympiad.
Addressing the gathering, Amit Kumar Singh emphasized that such programmes should be organised in all schools to strengthen the bond between educational institutions and rural communities. Several teachers and staff members were present, contributing to the event’s grand success.
