Amid Indo-Pak Tensions, Uttar Pradesh Police on High Alert

Lucknow: Amid rising tensions between India and Pakistan, a state of heightened alert has been declared across Uttar Pradesh. In response, police in several districts conducted flag marches to reinforce public confidence and ensure preparedness.

As part of this statewide alert, multiple locations in Lucknow witnessed flag marches by the city police. The Ghanta Ghar area, a prominent and densely populated part of the city, saw a significant deployment of security personnel.

Leading the march in Ghanta Ghar were ADCP West, ACP Bazarkhala, Inspector of Bazarkhala, and Thakurganj Additional SHO Shahenshah Hussain. They were joined by Chowki Incharge of Husainabad, Mudit Rai, and Chowki Incharge of Tahseen Ganj, Hemu Patel, along with a heavy police force.

The flag march was a clear display of alertness and preparedness, with the Lucknow Police ready to respond to any potential threat or untoward incident. Authorities stated that the move was aimed at maintaining peace and public order during this sensitive period.
