Alambagh Police Crack Down on Crime with Back-to-Back Successes in Lucknow

Lucknow : The Alambagh Police under Lucknow Commissionerate have intensified their crackdown on criminals with yet another major breakthrough. Acting swiftly under the leadership of DCP Central and ACP Cantt Abhay Pratap Mall, Alambagh Inspector Subhash Chandra Saroj and his team successfully confronted two robbery suspects involved in a recent high-profile case.

The accused had allegedly snatched valuables from the wife of a police constable and fled the scene in the Alambagh police station area. Acting on intelligence inputs, the police team cornered the suspects, resulting in a brief but intense encounter.

One of the accused, identified as Anis, was shot in the leg during the retaliatory exchange of fire. He was immediately taken to a hospital for treatment. The second suspect managed to escape, taking advantage of the darkness, and a manhunt is underway to trace him.

Investigations reveal that Anis is a habitual offender, with 22 criminal cases already registered against him. He had also been declared a district outlaw earlier due to his continued criminal activities.

Inspector Subhash Chandra Saroj’s relentless action against miscreants has drawn praise from senior officers. His efforts have made Alambagh increasingly hostile territory for criminals, and the police have vowed to keep the momentum going.

With focused surveillance and swift enforcement, Alambagh Police are determined to ensure public safety and bring down crime levels, making the region safer for residents.
