Lucknow: Airtel has reached out to the Central Placement Cell of the University of Lucknow with an excellent placement opportunity for MBA students for the position of Territory Sales Manager (Executive Trainee). The company has provided comprehensive job details and recruitment information, explaining that the selected candidates will begin with a 3-month internship, which may subsequently convert into a full-time role based on performance.
As per the information shared by Airtel, the internship comes with a monthly stipend of ₹25,000, giving students valuable real-world exposure to sales operations, market analysis, channel management, and field responsibilities. Upon successful completion, the full-time position offers a package of ₹4.5 LPA, which includes fixed and variable components. In addition to this, the company is also offering several facilities such as mobile, broadband, and DTH services worth up to ₹4,000 per month, along with travel and meal allowances, making the role even more attractive.
