Lucknow: A strong traffic enforcement drive was conducted under the leadership of ACP West Traffic, Vipin Pandey, along with TI Chowk, Zamanat Abbas, targeting vehicles violating traffic regulations. The focus of the campaign was on vehicles operating without number plates and those fitted with illegal dark tints (black film).
During the operation at Charak Chauraha, a vehicle without a number plate was seized on the spot, sending a strong message to motorists about compliance with traffic rules.
The drive was also linked with Mission Shakti Phase-5, an initiative emphasizing women’s safety and empowerment. Under this framework, the traffic police team took strict legal action against vehicles with dark tints, reinforcing the department’s commitment to road safety and regulatory compliance.
