Lucknow: The local police station had received an arrest warrant from the Additional Court, Varanasi, in connection with Case No. 653/2023, under Section 138 of the NI Act, registered at Police Station Choubepur, District Varanasi, against the accused Satish Kumar Singh, son of Udayraj Singh, resident of 538/278 Shivnagar Khurd, near Arvind Inter College, Panamdevganj, Lucknow.
Following the orders of the Hon’ble Court, the local police team was actively searching for the wanted accused, Satish Kumar Singh. Based on a tip-off from a reliable source, the accused Satish Kumar Singh, son of Udayraj Singh, aged 43 years, resident of 538/278 Shivnagar Khurd, near Arvind Inter College, Thana Madevganj, Lucknow, with his current address at 613/P-0012 Sitapur Road, Vivekananda Vidyalaya, Gaurabheet Mela, Lucknow, was apprehended near Shivnagar drain on April 27, 2025. Legal proceedings are being carried out as per the rules.
