Mumbai: Mumbai’s vibrant film circuit witnessed a memorable evening as a special birthday celebration was hosted in honour of acclaimed filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma at Kaino Cottage in Andheri West. More than a celebratory gathering, the event turned into a tribute to a cinematic maverick known for redefining storytelling and challenging industry norms.
Organised by Good Idea Films, the evening was hosted by Founder, Director and Producer Pradeep Khairwar along with Managing Director and Producer Shefali Singh Rajput. The event brought together a galaxy of film personalities, creating a truly star-studded atmosphere.
Among the prominent attendees were celebrated actors such as Manoj Bajpayee, Riteish Deshmukh, and Genelia Deshmukh. The gathering was further elevated by the presence of Suniel Shetty, Saurabh Shukla, Rajpal Yadav, and Isha Koppikar.

Speaking on the occasion, Ram Gopal Varma remarked that he usually refrains from celebrating birthdays, but described this gathering as a unique and meaningful experience. He noted that the evening symbolised a new phase in cinema and reflected his own evolution with changing times.
