La Joie Primary Learning Habitat Celebrates Athleticism, Imagination, and Team Spirit
Lucknow: The green garden of La Joie Primary Learning Habitat transformed into a vibrant arena of color, creativity, and contagious enthusiasm on the 28th of February and 1st March, as the school hosted its much-awaited annual sports extravaganza ToddPort 4.0. With the captivating theme “Time Traveller”. The event took spectators on a breathtaking journey from the age of cave dwellers and early man to a futuristic world of robots and innovation.
The young athletes, our spirited teeny boppers from Playgroup to Upper Kindergarten, stole the spotlight with their boundless energy, dazzling performances, and remarkable confidence.
The event was graced by the presence of our Chief Guest, Sandeep Singh, Minister of State, Primary Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, a distinguished and respected personality whose inspiring presence elevated the grandeur of the occasion. His encouraging words and warm appreciation for the young participants added immense value to the celebration. The school community expressed heartfelt gratitude for his precious time and gracious presence, which motivated the children and made the event even more memorable.
ToddPort 4.0, was a spectacular showcase that transported the audience across five remarkable eras through vibrant dances and thrilling races. We had the Prehistoric Era, where little performers charmed everyone with lively caveman grooves and playful movements that captured the spirit of early human life. The Ancient Era followed with graceful and culturally rich performances inspired by ancient civilizations such as Greece,Rome, China and Egypt, blending elegance and strength through synchronized choreography and themed races. The Industrial Era brought powerful, rhythmic routines symbolizing machinery and progress, paired with energetic competitive races. The Present Era dazzled with contemporary dance styles celebrating today’s vibrant world, while collaborative races highlighted unity and sportsmanship. Finally in the Future Robotics Era amazed the audience with sharp, mechanical dance movements and imaginative futuristic races, symbolizing innovation and technology.
The performances were expressive, confident, and heartwarmingly captivating, earning resounding applause and making ToddPort 4.0 an unforgettable journey through time.
The field buzzed with excitement as students showcased disciplined Drills and impressive Martial Arts routines. The combat display stood out, reflecting remarkable coordination, balance, and focus. Their synchronized movements and determined expressions revealed months of dedicated practice. These structured drills and dynamic sequences highlighted not only physical agility but also teamwork, resilience, and self-discipline, the values strongly nurtured at the school.
ToddPort 4.0 also featured a spectacular array of Track and Field events, creatively aligned with the theme of different eras. The young athletes also participated enthusiastically in High Jump, Shot Put, Javelin Throw, and Discus Throw events, modified thoughtfully to suit their age group. Their fearless attempts, jubilant celebrations, and sportsmanlike spirit were truly inspiring. Every leap, throw, and sprint was met with encouraging cheers from proud parents and teachers.
The crescendo of the day was undoubtedly the electrifying Football Match. The field came alive as the tiny players displayed surprising coordination, swift footwork, and remarkable teamwork. Their spirited kicks, determined defense, and joyous goal celebrations created an atmosphere of pure exhilaration. The match stood as a shining testament to their growing confidence and athletic development.
ToddPort 4.0 was not merely a sports event, it was a radiant celebration of growth and grit, imagination, discipline, courage and joy. From the prehistoric past to a futuristic tomorrow, the students embodied every era with creativity and charisma. The event concluded on a triumphant note, leaving behind proud smiles, unforgettable memories, and a powerful reminder that even the smallest feet can take giant leaps.

The event was successfully conducted under the able supervision and visionary leadership of Rohan Mehta (Managing Director), Aakshi Mehta (Director – Operations), Shivangi Varma (Principal), and Meenakshi Bhalla (Chief Administrative Officer). Their meticulous planning and unwavering guidance, along with the dedicated efforts of the teachers and the constant support of the administrative and support staff, ensured the seamless execution of every segment of the program. The celebration concluded with enthusiastic cheers and heartfelt appreciation from parents and esteemed guests, marking yet another proud milestone in La Joie’s continued commitment to nurturing confident, well-rounded early learners.
