Mumbai: Navratri, one of India’s most vibrant and beloved festivals, lit up Mumbai with colour, music and joy as the popular on-screen duo from &TV’s hit show ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’—Anita Bhabhi (Vidisha Srivastava) and Manmohan Tiwari (Rohitashv Gour)—joined thousands of fans at a grand Garba Night celebration. Their presence turned the festive evening into an unforgettable celebration of dance, devotion and entertainment.
The excitement was even higher as &TV is gearing up to launch its brand-new comedy show ‘Gharwali Pedwali’, promising even more laughter and fun for viewers.
Rohitashv Gour, popularly known as Manmohan Tiwari, shared his joy saying, “It was my dream to play Garba with Anita Bhabhi, and this year it finally came true! Dancing with Vidisha felt like celebrating Holi and Diwali in one night. On-screen I always try to win her heart, but dancing with her on a big Mumbai stage was pure fun. The music, the energy of the crowd—everything was magical. My daughters even taught me some Garba steps, and performing them in front of thousands was unforgettable. Celebrating Navratri with fans and welcoming our new show ‘Gharwali Pedwali’ made the night extra special.”
Vidisha Srivastava, who plays Anita Bhabhi, expressed her happiness saying, “Navratri is very special to me. My family celebrates it with devotion, following the nine colours and worshipping Maa Durga. This year was even more meaningful because I joined Rohitashv ji at the famous Garba Night at Kora Kendra, Borivali. Dancing with him and matching steps with fans was so much fun. It was my second time attending this event, and it was even more spectacular! From dancing to meeting fans and taking pictures, every moment was filled with joy. Receiving blessings for our new show ‘Gharwali Pedwali’ felt wonderful—like our family is growing.”
