ASUS Launches ‘Drop Zone’ Service for Enhanced Customer Experience

New Delhi – In a move to improve the customer experience, Taiwanese tech giant ASUS has unveiled its new “Drop Zone” initiative at its exclusive stores. This program allows customers to drop off their laptops for repair directly at a store, eliminating the need to visit a dedicated service center. The new service is designed to offer greater convenience and ensure customers can stay connected with their devices without interruption.

ASUS India already boasts a comprehensive after-sales service network, including more than 200 service centers, on-site home support across over 14,900 zip codes, and service availability in 761 districts. The company also offers 24/7 support through an omnichannel digital helpdesk via call, chat, and email, along with remote troubleshooting. Additionally, self-service platforms like the MyASUS app and dedicated YouTube channels provide users with solutions anytime, anywhere.

The ‘Drop Zone’ initiative is initially launching in major markets like Delhi, Kolkata, Nagpur, Mumbai, and Coimbatore (Tiruppur). The company plans to expand the service to more major cities, including newly developing urban areas and regions.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Arnold Su, Vice President – Consumer and Gaming PC, System Business Group, ASUS India, stated, “At ASUS, we believe the true product experience goes beyond innovative design and advanced technology. Our commitment extends to after-sales support, ensuring every customer feels empowered with seamless and exceptional service. The ‘Drop Zone’ initiative offers a convenient and hassle-free way for customers to get their laptops serviced and repaired, keeping their devices in perfect condition.”

Alongside the ‘Drop Zone’ initiative, ASUS India has also started a service camp in Pune. The camp provides customers with on-site diagnostics and expert advice, aiming to proactively address technical concerns and alleviate customer worries.
