Etawah: UPWJU Etawah district unit formed, Amit Mishra made president, Atul BN Chaturvedi madeworking president and Anand Swaroop is general secretary.
UP Working Journalist Union (UPWJU) has intensified its organization expansion campaign and formed Etawah district unit. District correspondent of ABP News Amit Mishra has been made president and Atul BN Chaturvedi of DD News has been made working president. Anand Swaroop Tripathi of Hindi daily Aaj Ka Vichar has been made general secretary.
This was announced in a meeting of journalists held in Etawah under the chairmanship of UPWJU state president TB Singh. UPWJU organization secretary Ajay Trivedi, state secretary Rajesh Mishra and PP Singh were also present on this occasion.
Congratulating all the officials on the formation of Etawah district unit, TB Singh said that UPWJU is a journalist organization of Uttar Pradesh affiliated to the Indian Federation of Working Journalists (IFWJ), the largest and registered journalist union not only in the country but also in Asia. He said that IFWJ has affiliated units in two dozen states of the country and it is an affiliate of the Confederation of Asian Journalist Union.
Expressing happiness over the formation of Etawah unit, he said that the organization here will strengthen UPWJU in entire central Uttar Pradesh.
Giving information, Organization Secretary Ajay Trivedi said that in Etawah district unit, Senior Vice President Hem Kumar Sharma, Senior Journalist, Vice President Amit Verma Hindustan, Treasurer Gaurav Bhadauria, Organization Secretary Sanjay Chauhan, Editor Pralay and Secretary Deepesh Tiwari, Madhur Sharma, Rajiv Sharma, Kuldeep Gupta, Adnan have been given important positions. Executive members of the district unit are Shivam Srivastava Bureau Chief Amar Ujala, Pradeep Sharma Senior Journalist, Maharaj Singh Bhadoria Dainik Aaj, Dr. Umesh Chandra Tomar Editor Dainik Digvarta, Rajendra Bhadoria Dainik Jagran, Gaurav Bhadoria Bharat TV, Shiva Bhadoria TV 100, Laddan Bureau Chief Voice of Lucknow, Vinay Batham and Hariom Trivedi Correspondent News India, Saurabh Singh, Ashish Srivastava, Manoj Katheria, Sauhard Dixit, Arun Shakya. Coordination Committee includes Amit Mishra, Hem Kumar Sharma, Atul Chaturvedi, Welfare Committee includes Anand Swaroop Tripathi, Mahendra Chauhan, Madhur Sharma, Activities Committee includes Amit Mishra, Saurabh Singh, Atul Chaturvedi.
