Lucknow: The 77th Republic Day of India was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at the newly developed Goel Pavilion, where a grand ceremony brought together educationists, dignitaries, and members of the academic community. The event reflected a deep sense of national pride, cultural heritage, and commitment to India’s progressive development.
Addressing the gathering on the auspicious occasion, Mahesh Chand Agrawal, Chairman of the Goel Group of Institutions, delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the institution’s vision, mission, and the vital role of education in nation-building. He emphasized that the Goyal Group remains firmly committed to contributing to national development through quality education and value-based learning.

During the programme, Dr. Rishi Asthana shared insights into the growth journey of the Goel Group since 2008, elaborating on its milestones, academic achievements, and consistent progress over the years. He underlined the institution’s evolution as a centre of excellence in higher education.
Further enriching the event, Dr. Santosh Pandey and Dr. Alok Jain expressed their views on the occasion, stressing that every individual in society plays a crucial role in the nation’s advancement. They noted that only through collective effort and shared responsibility can a strong and self-reliant nation be built.

A major highlight of the ceremony was the unveiling of a rare, nearly 15-foot-high art installation, featuring majestic artistic representations of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and Mahatma Gandhi, symbolising courage, sacrifice, and the timeless values of India’s freedom struggle.
The programme concluded with the distribution of sweets, followed by a visit of the distinguished guests to the art exhibition organised at the GITM campus. The Republic Day celebration concluded successfully, leaving behind a powerful message of patriotism, inspiration, and national unity.
