39 Railway Workers Honored for Outstanding Contribution to Safety Operations

Lucknow – The North Eastern Railway Lucknow Division recently honored 39 railway employees for their exceptional contributions to safety-related work. The awards ceremony was presided over by the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Sunil Kumar Verma, who presented certificates of appreciation to the dedicated staff members.

The honored employees belong to the Operations and Mechanical departments of the Lucknow Division. Their vigilant efforts have played a significant role in ensuring safe and secure railway operations within their respective areas of work. Due to their continuous dedication, the division has seen steady improvements in its safety standards.

Speaking on the occasion, DRM Sunil Kumar Verma emphasized that safety remains the highest priority for Indian Railways. He praised the railway personnel for fulfilling their duties with utmost sincerity, alertness, and commitment even under challenging circumstances.

Verma added that recognizing diligent and hardworking employees not only motivates them but also inspires their colleagues to strive for excellence. He extended his congratulations to all the awardees and wished them a bright future.

The event was also attended by Additional Divisional Railway Manager Neelima Singh, Senior Divisional Safety Officer Samarth Gupta, Senior Divisional Operations Manager Rajneesh Srivastava, and Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer/Coordinator Vikas Goyal.

This recognition highlights the critical role played by frontline railway workers in maintaining safety and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall progress of the Lucknow Division.
