Indian Army will be celebrating 26th Anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26 Jul 2025. As part of Pre-Kargil Vijay Diwas celebrations, a special outreach program has been initiated to honour the families of the bravehearts of Kargil War. The aim of this outreach program is to interact with the families and understand to their requirements. Today, Mrs Urmila Kumari W/o Grenadier Yogendra Singh Yadav, SM (P) residing in Hastinapur, Tehsil- Mawana, Distt- Meerut, UP was felicitated with a memento and a letter from Indian Army.
A team from Indian Army interacted with the family members and understood their requirements, promising action at the earliest.
