Lucknow | The second day of the State-Level Science Exhibition and Project Competition, held under the INSPIRE–MANAK Scheme, witnessed enthusiastic participation as 155 students from various divisions across Uttar Pradesh showcased their prototype models and innovative projects.
Students selected from the district-level competitions of Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Devipatan, Azamgarh, Basti, Varanasi, Kanpur, Jhansi, and Chitrakoot divisions presented creative scientific solutions and concepts.
The exhibition is being organised from October 13 to 15, 2025 at Lucknow Public Collegiate, Lucknow, under the joint aegis of the Department of Science & Technology (Government of India), National Innovation Foundation–India, and the Secondary Education Department, Uttar Pradesh.
Students and science teachers from various schools of Lucknow visited the exhibition and observed the models on display, appreciating the innovation and practical approach of the young participants.
Providing the information, Nodal Officer Vivek Nautiyal stated that on the final day, October 15, 2025, 169 students selected from the district-level competitions of Meerut, Saharanpur, Agra, Aligarh, Moradabad, Lucknow, and Mirzapur divisions will present their prototype models and projects.
After the presentations, the jury will announce the results for 2024–25, selecting outstanding models and projects for the National Exhibition.
During the event, dignitaries including R.P. Sharma (Joint Director of Education), Vivek Nautiyal (Joint Director of Education), Manisha Dwivedi (Inspector of Anglo-Indian Schools, UP), Jay Shankar Srivastava (Assistant Director of Education), senior officials of the Secondary Education Department, and Shri Javed Alam Khan (Joint Director, Lucknow Public Collegiate) were present.
The exhibition continues to serve as a platform for nurturing scientific curiosity, creativity, and innovation among young minds across the state.
