Yoga session was conducted by senior yoga guru,Sameen on the theme “Yoga for one Earth, one Health” here were hundreds of people including children and professionals who attended the session came from different walks of life.
It was a great experience of practicing yoga in group. Yoga in our daily life is very important for our physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Our one of the members, Director of Antas Mall, Pooja Agarwal left no stone un turn for the success of the event.
We conducted a 10 days virtual competition of daily yoga in the WhatsApp group and given target of daily walking steps. All the winners were facilitated with prizes; among the winners, in Yoga Asana, Mrinalini Gupta came first and Dr Alka Jain was second, in daily walking steps records Nita Singh was first and Poonam Mishra was second.
